Without further ado, PRINDIE would like to announce the 2020 jury member participation of the 24th DGA Student Film Award and 45th Student Academy Award director, Kelley Kali!
Kelley Kali, a Howard University & USC School of Cinematic Arts Alum has produced and directed award-winning films in Belize, Haiti, China, and locally in the USA. She was fortunate for her film, Lalo’s House, to win the Programmers’ Award at the Oscar-qualifying Pan African Film Festival. Kelley was also featured at the 2018 American Black Film Festival in the Emerging Directors category and is a winner of the 45th Annual Student Academy Award, the Directors Guild of America Student Filmmaker Award, KCET Fine Cut Award and the Shadow and Act Rising Award and the Jury Award at the Diversity in Cannes Showcase sponsored by Viola Davis and Julius Tennon’s JuVee Productions.
