[PRINDIE] Princeton Independent Film Festival brings international, independent cinema to one of the most intriguing communities of the world: Princeton, NJ. Our mission is to work with the diverse and talented filmmakers we showcase to leave our audiences both inspired and poised for action - putting the impactful medium of cinema at the forefront of change that is good for the planet and good for its people.

In 2020, all Official Selection Films (without a current distribution deal) are entitled to a US Broadcast offer from Shorts International Limited on Shorts TV. In addition to this, the GRAND JURY, GRAND LIVE ACTION, GRAND DOCUMENTARY, GRAND ANIMATION & GRAND STUDENT winners are entitled to international distribution with Shorts International Limited if they do not already have a deal.

ShortsTV is the world’s first and only TV channel dedicated to short movies with channels in the US, Europe, Latino America, and India. The channel is owned and operated by Shorts International, headquartered in London, with offices in Los Angeles, CA.  In addition, in theaters, they produce and distribute the annual Oscar Nominated Short Films theatrical release, bringing the world’s top awarded short movies to the big screen.

We are the festival where inspiration meets and drives action. We share our engaging films with all creative enthusiasts, humanists, environmentalists, and those who want to make a change for good.

PRINDIE: Princeton Independent Film Festival will be held from September 11th - 13th, 2020 and will take place in Princeton. We showcase short films that will be topped off with educational speakers, great music, and relevant non-profits - for an opportunity to get involved and experience the right touch of a party vibe.  PRINDIE: Princeton Independent Film Festival

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
